Please contact us immediately and within 14 days if you think any issue when you received the products.
* if there are mistakes to send wrong items, we will arrange to exchange for you at our cost.
* if the arrived products damaged or missing some parts or find faulty of products, please take photos and send to us so we can arrange spare parts and replacements sending to you at our cost.If any these need to return or exchange, we will send instructions to your email and please follow to go ahead.
* if you change of mind and the item is in its original unopened state and packaging, we accept the change of mind return within 14 days .
We cannot accept change of mind orders with our products have been taken out of the vacuum sealed packaging. And if the original cartons and packing lost and damage, we can't accept change of mind return .
