Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post to delivery small to medium size products as well as use Allied Express, ARAMEX,Couriers Please,Transdirect to delivery medium to big size products. We can deliver your items to your home, work addresses, PO Boxes ( only for small and medium size products ) as well as to rural & regional areas.

Multiple shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Your order will be delivered during normal business hours weekdays only and signature is required as proof of delivery but due to COVID-19 most couriers allow drivers leave in front door to avoid contact buyers for safety both. If no one is attended at the address, parcel will be left at the nearest  collection points or just leave in front of your door.

Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch from the time your payment has been verified. In most cases it is much quicker. Actual transit times range from 1-14 working days depending on your delivery address.

Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. This fee will be the full cost of original freight.

Parcel(s) cannot be re-directed to a different delivery address once you have completed checkout via our Secure Checkout Website. You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.

For postage quote, when you add items into cart and provide your postcode, the postage charge will be calculated and shown there automatically according to the total parcel weight and your input destination post code.
